Waterfall
Costa Rica is a beautiful country and I really want to see as much of its nature as I can. A few weeks ago I visited the first big waterfall I have ever seen.
I went with five of my close friends. It was an hour of Uber drive from school but it was totally worth it. We had to walk for around 20 minutes in a forest to reach the waterfall. The nature around us was beautiful. Hungary has a special biodiversity, however, it's completely different than Costa Rica's, therefore it was a very special experience for me. When we reached the water, we found a place where we put down our belongings and immediately went into the water, even though it was pretty cold. It was such a special experience to stand right under such a big waterfall, I really enjoyed it. We took a bunch of great pictures and we had a little picnic after we finished swimming in the water. Two hours after our arrival it started raining so we had to leave the place. On the way back I lost half of my slippers. I was quite sad since I always use them here. It is so funny to think about that in Costa Rica slippers are my most worn shoes. At home, I never used to wear them.
These little trips make the experience of studying in such a special country even more unique. I can't wait to engage with Costa Rica's nature more in the future.
